Conference meals

At Hotel Continental we take our conference meals very seriously. We pride ourselves on truly delicious food, made from only the finest local produce, served in our grand dining room with all its 19th Century charm and ambience. Our acclaimed chef, Jörgen Lundgren, never fails to enthrall guests with memorable dining experiences. We are proud members of "Regional Matkultur", which is an association of restauranteurs equally passionate about their culinary craft. 

Our table-served conference lunches comprise: a main course, green salad or Ceasar salad, freshly baked bread, mineral water or light beer, coffee and biscuits.

As for dinner, you are welcome to tailor your own conference meal(s) from our à la carte menu. The choice of appetizer, main course and dessert is yours and you are not bound by any of the set menus. Alternatively, you can ask our chef to put together a special menu influenced by the season just for you and your party. Please be sure to let us know your choices one week ahead of time.
