Steeped in history, the inviting atmosphere of our grand dining room comes alive in the iridescent glow of evening candlelight and soft piano music. Generations of diners have enjoyed delicious meals beneath our crystal chandeliers since 1829.

Our head chef Jörgen Lundgren and his team offer truly delicious food, made from fine local and regional produce. We are proud members of "Culinary Heritage of Skåne" which is a regional association of restauranteurs offering high quality traditional food.

Our evening restaurant is open Mondays - Thursdays from 18.00. 

You´ll find several other good restaurants nearby. Our receptionists are happy to book a table for you at any of the town´s restaurants.

Our complimentary breakfast buffet is served in our dining room to our hotel guests all mornings of the week. Try our breakfast rolls and bread baked in a traditional wood fire oven! Sample Atlantic smoked salmon or our homemade pancakes with jam or honey for breakfast!
